Countries with import controls on bulbs require a phytosanitary certificate. These include Japan, USA, South Africa and Australia. Some countries also require Import Permits ie USA and Australia.
We are happy to ensure the bulbs you order meet the correct standard re all the plant health requirements as we have many years experience in this bulb checking and cleaning.
We do not take any responsibility for shipments to these countries without certification, we'll post having undertaken the appropriate actions that the certification would require anyway as we are planetarily eco-responsible.
